디아이프렙 컨설팅 논문대회준비 진행과정
학생은 총 5회에 걸쳐 에세이 담당 컨설턴트를 만나 주어진 과제를 완료하고 각 대회에 에세이를 제출합니다.
1. 브레인스토밍
A. 첫 브레인스토밍 세션은 에세이 또는 연구 프로젝트의 주제를 선택하는 것으로 구성됩니다.
B. 학생은 각 대회 주최 측에서 제공하는 주제, 질문 또는 프롬프트와 관련된 몇 가지 아이디어를 준비합니다.
C. 주제의 결정과 동시에 아웃라인작업이 시작됩니다.
2. 아웃라인작업 검토
A. 학생은 두 번째 세션 전에 아웃라인 세부항목을 준비합니다.
B. 이 아웃라인은 논문 초안을 시작하기 위한 지침에 따라 검토되고 필요할 경우 추가 및 수정이 이루이집니다.
3. 초안 검토
A. 세번째 세션 전에 학생은 컨설턴트가 검토하고 준비할 수 있는 충분한 시간을 갖도록 미리 논문 초안을 제출합니다.
B. 개선이 필요한 부분을 검토하는 한편, 서면 작업이 대회측에서 정한 요구사항과 기준을 충족하는지 확인합니다.
4. 2차 초안/재작성
A. 학생은 첫 번째 초안에서 제시된 문제와 개선사항을 반영한 2차 초안을 작성하고 제출합니다.
B. 1차 초안 검토 세션에서와 마찬가지로 학생은 컨설턴트가 검토하고 준비할 수 있는 충분한 시간을 갖도록 미리 논문 2차 초안을 제출합니다.
C. 컨설턴트와 학생은 두 번째 초안을 함께 검토하고 추가 개선의 여지가 있는 영역을 논의합니다.
5. 최종 수정본
A. 학생은 미팅 전에 최종 버전을 준비합니다.
B. 재작성된 논문은 최종 편집과 교정을 거칩니다.

Hourly Arrangement Procedures
Students will meet with essay advisor/consultant for a total of five sessions to complete the given task before submission deadlines.
Brainstorming
The initial brainstorming session will consist of choosing a thesis or topic of essay or research project
Student will prepare several ideas relevant to the themes, questions or prompts provided by the organization regulating the respective events
Outlining will commence upon decision of topic/thesis
Outline Review
Student will prepare a detailed outline prior to the second session
This outline will be reviewed and further developed with guidelines to begin the first draft
First Draft Review
Student will submit a first draft prior to the third meeting with sufficient time for the teacher to review and prepare
Areas in need of improvement will be addressed and the written work will be checked to that it meets the requirements and standards set by the organization
Second Draft/Rewrite Review
Student will prepare a rewrite that fully addresses the issues and problems presented in the first draft.
Student will submit the second draft with ample time for the teacher to examine the work before the meeting.
Student will review his or her second draft and further discuss areas they can improve on and refine
Final Revisions
Student will prepare a final version prior to the meeting
The written work will undergo a final edit and proofreading
